Schedule: Mon: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Tue: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Wed-Thu: 8:00 AM - 3:00 PM
Pay Rate: $20 - $24/hr

Position Overview:

Navitas Healthcare, LLC is seeking Medical Assistant for an exciting job in Denison, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and check in patients, update medical records, and assist with front office administrative tasks.
• Perform clinical duties including vital signs, injections, and phlebotomy.
• Assist healthcare providers during examinations and procedures.
• Prepare and maintain exam rooms, ensuring equipment and supplies are stocked and clean.
• Educate patients regarding medications, treatments, and follow-up care as directed by providers.
• Maintain compliance with HIPAA and clinic policies, ensuring patient confidentiality.
• Support efficient workflow by coordinating with nursing and administrative staff.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Medical Assistant in a clinical setting.
• Proficiency in phlebotomy within the past 12 months.
• Strong knowledge of front and back office operations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; medical assistant certification preferred.
