Role Summary

As the Head of Strategic Partnerships, you will play a crucial role in scaling our client's market reach through the cultivation of strategic relationships with key industry players. You will be responsible for designing and executing partnership strategies, structuring and negotiating agreements, and communicating the value proposition of our client's technology to external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute market expansion strategies with key industry verticals
• Own partner-sourced pipeline targets and revenue forecasting
• Source, structure, and negotiate alliance agreements with legal and finance teams
• Onboard and ensure the success of partners, tracking health and outcomes
• Communicate the value of proprietary technology to partner organizations
• Identify, network into, and cultivate relationships within target organizations

Essential Skills & Experience

• 8-12+ years in partnerships/alliances/channel/BD for technical products
• Demonstrated ownership of partner-sourced and influenced targets
• Technical fluency in creating reference architectures and integration plans
• Proficiency in CRM/PRM systems
• Willingness to travel approximately 25-40% to shipyards, partners, and events

Desirable Skills & Experience

• Knowledge of non-US partner ecosystems and export-control awareness
• Ability to navigate both shop-floor and boardroom conversations effectively
