Adecco Healthcare & Life Sciences is hiring compassionate and dedicated Mental Health Aide to provide essential care and supervision within the Domiciliary Program at the clients facility. This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position supporting veterans in their recovery and rehabilitation journey.

Health Aides play a critical role in maintaining a safe, structured, and therapeutic environment by providing 24/7 support to patients and collaborating closely with medical and clinical staff.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide direct care and daily living assistance to veterans in a domiciliary setting.
• Monitor, observe, and document patients' behaviors and health status.
• Communicate promptly with medical and clinical staff regarding any changes or concerns.
• Lead and support therapeutic and recreational activities.
• Assist with patient admissions, discharges, and transitions of care.
• Escort and supervise patients throughout the facility to ensure safety and engagement.
• Maintain a compassionate, respectful, and professional environment at all times.

Schedule & Shifts:
Health Aides will work 40 hours per week on rotating schedules. Flexibility is required as schedules may vary based on VA needs.
Pay Rate: $29-$31/hr. (based on experience)
Current openings:
• Sunday - Thursday: 11:30 PM - 8:00 AM
• Tuesday - Saturday:
7:30 AM - 4:00 PM
3:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Requirements:
• COVID-19 vaccination required
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS preferred.
• Must successfully complete a background check.
• Previous experience working in a healthcare, behavioral health, or residential care setting strongly preferred.
• Excellent observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively with veterans and multidisciplinary teams.
