Know menu and read guest orders as they come in.- Know how to use each piece of equipment and all recipes to make each order correctly.- Practice safe handling of all food.- Keep your area and the kitchen clean and sanitary.- Prepare items for the shift as necessary (bread, potatoes, produce).- Work at a reasonable pace to get each order out in a timely fashion.- Be responsible for yourself and your contribution to the team.- Only serve food that meets our standards of excellence.- Have fun while you work and help create a positive environment for everyone.- Perform other related duties as requested.
