**What You'll Be Doing**

+ Lead daily rail terminal operations to ensure safe and efficient material handling

+ Coordinate team activities and communicate priorities to meet production goals

+ Monitor equipment and operational processes, reporting issues and ensuring timely resolution

+ Train and support team members in safety procedures and operational standards

+ Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with logistics and dispatch teams

+ Proven ability to lead and motivate teams in an industrial setting

+ Strong organizational and communication skills

+ Commitment to safety and operational excellence

+ Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment

+ Comfortable using basic computer systems and reporting tools

**Conditions of Employment**

+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check

+ Must meet company and regulatory safety standards

**Work Environment**

+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

**Physical Demands of the Job**

+ Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the terminal for extended periods

+ Manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and computer systems

+ Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying of materials up to 50 pounds

+ Visual and auditory acuity to safely navigate active work zones

+ Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and adapt to physical challenges
