Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Primaries Operator- 2nd Shift. The core hours are Monday - Thursday 2:00pm to 10:30pm and Friday 12:00pm to 8:30pm. The hourly rate for this position is $25.39/hour + $0.60/hour shift differential per hour. Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. What you'll do:
Qualifications: Basic (Required) Qualifications: Machine Operations experience in industrial/manufacturing environment. Must have a high school diploma or GED from an accredited institution.

Preferred Qualifications: Three years' experience setting up and operating power presses, turrets, lasers, etc. Computer skills to include CNC program loading. Experience with SAP. Possess working knowledge of equipment operations, tooling (turret, presses, dies) and product. Possess strong math skills. Excellent work ethic. The ability to work self-directed and as a flexible team player. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills. Be willing to train any of the essential functions to others.
Skills: Environment exposure includes sharp objects, pinch points, oil. Ability to read, interpret and operate press from prints and shop drawings. Requires PPE to include safety glasses, steel-toe shoes, leather gloves, and hearing protection (as required in high noise areas). Ability to become forklift certified Able to read tape measures, scales, calipers, etc. Ability to ID different gauges and types of raw materials. Strong problem-solving skills. Able to work safely and produce effectively with minimal supervision. Ability to lift 50 lbs. occasionally to frequently (33-66%) and up to 75 lbs. occasionally by stooping, reaching, bending. Ability to work mandatory overtime, including Saturdays and up to 12 hours in a shift, as needed by the business. Ability to stand for the duration of the shift (eight to twelve hours) and perform repetitious tasks. Ability to follow directions, work independently and close attention to detail. Work as part of a team having responsibility for assembling an entire product or component of a product. Ability to reach, grasp and manipulate.
