Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant Paralegal, located in Sherman, TX. The Legal Assistant Paralegal will be responsible for preparing legal documents, conducting legal research, reviewing documents, and providing general administrative support to attorneys. The role requires effective communication with clients and internal team members and managing confidential information with utmost integrity.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Legal Document Preparation and Document Review
• Strong Research skills and familiarity with legal research tools and techniques
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
• Understanding of legal principles and practices
• Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
