What You'll Be Doing

• Lead daily rail terminal operations to ensure safe and efficient material handling
• Coordinate team activities and communicate priorities to meet production goals
• Monitor equipment and operational processes, reporting issues and ensuring timely resolution
• Train and support team members in safety procedures and operational standards
• Maintain accurate documentation and collaborate with logistics and dispatch teams

Conditions of Employment

• Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination, drug screen, and background check
• Must meet company and regulatory safety standards

Work Environment

• Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.

Physical Demands of the Job

• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the terminal for extended periods
• Manual dexterity to operate tools, equipment, and computer systems
• Frequent bending, lifting, and carrying of materials up to 50 pounds
• Visual and auditory acuity to safely navigate active work zones
• Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and adapt to physical challenges
