Based in our Sherman, Texas location, as an ES&H Specialist you will play a key role in driving safety excellence across our operationsprotecting our people, environment, and facilities while supporting continuous improvement and compliance. This role is part of our alterative shift team working Friday Sunday, 6 AM to 6 PM. In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:Leading incident investigations, performing root-cause analysis, and driving corrective actions to prevent recurrence. Actively contributing to safety teams and lead initiatives that strengthen our safety culture. Conducting ergonomic risk assessments, job safety analyses, non-routine task assessments, ES&H training programs, and implementing improvements to reduce risk.
