Eaton Cooper B-Line is seeking a motivated and detailed oriented Manufacturing Engineering Intern to support the production of electrical enclosures. The selected candidate will play a key supporting role in enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the sites processes. Through the analysis of performance data, identification of inefficiencies, and the implementation of strategic solutions, the ME Intern will support the site in achieving its goals. This role involves collaboration with various departments to foster a culture of innovation and improvement. Key Responsibilities: Work directly with the Manufacturing Engineering team to develop standard work instructions, perform time studies, develop operator loading and capacity charts. Assist with various continuous improvement and cost-out initiatives which may include participation in Kaizen or Rapid Improvement Events.
