Job Details

Patient visitation, life review, run errands, exchange stories and life experiences, help the patient to increase their socialization skills, discuss hobbies & interests, current events, read or sing to patient, accompany patient outside if appropriate, companionship & socialization, may sit with the patient while the caregiver gets out of the house--no hands-on care, monitor & report progress to the hospice team.
