What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

- Develop and maintain project schedules in collaboration with superintendents
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality guidelines throughout project execution

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 4 years experience in the construction industry with a commercial or industrial general contractor
- Proven experience managing multiple projects, subcontractors, and vendors simultaneously
- Proficient in producing detailed fixed price estimates using industry-standard tools
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with diverse teams
- Ability to adapt to frequent changes in a fast-paced work environment
