We are searching for an experienced Field Service Engineer at an International wire saw/ machine manufacturing company in the Sherman, TX area. The ideal candidates would have at least of 3 years of hands-on experience on wire saw. Field Service Engineer Responsibilities: Provide technical support including installation, set up, maintenance, trouble shooting, demonstrate, problem solving at client sites Training customer engineers and production staff on how to use the CNC machines Interface with customers and clients regarding product issues, questions, etc. Responsible for ordering that parts that needs to fix technical issues Responsible for documentation and reporting to customers and upper management on service you provided at customer's sites Communicating with Novi office to provide technical support to new and existing clients Business travel to client sites within territory, as required by project Field Service Engineer Requirements: Minimum Highschool Diploma or equivariant is a requirement Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance, trouble shooting, installation with wire saw is preferred Mitsubishi/ Fanuc ladder program knowledge will be a huge plus Ability to travel to domestically and internationally up to 70% Good interpersonal communication skills Flexible and able to travel overnight as needed This position includes manufacturing and warehousing work environment. While performing the duties of this job you may be required to intermittently sit, stand, walk, lift up to 25 pounds, lift in excess of 25 pounds with a lift assist, climb stairs, use hands to handle or feel parts/equipment, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, bend at the waist, talk and hear. You may also be required to use close vision, distance vision, color vision, depth perception, and peripheral vision.
