What we expect from you Adopt design patterns, testing, and automation for efficient development cycles. Take ownership of the quality and reliability of your projects. Lead discussions on technical architecture and contribute to decision-making. Mentor teammates and enhance the engineering process. Collaborate with your Lead and Product Manager to define project requirements. Act as a role model for junior engineers and uphold our company culture. Requirements Experience in designing and building high-availability, low-latency, scalable backend services. Knowledge of building performant and user-friendly front-end applications. Familiarity with best practices such as unit testing, code reviews, and documentation. Excellent communication skills to articulate technical concepts clearly. Experience with technologies like MySQL, Python, React, Redux, Redis, AWS, CI/CD, or similar is a plus. Education: Bachelor's Degree or higher.
