Authorization to work in the United States.

Skill Requirements

Proficiency in Vintage Air systems, carburetor tuning, and LS engine conversions. Strong background in vehicle electrical systems and wiring harness installation. Knowledge of welding and custom fabrication for vehicle frames and components. Experience with powertrain systems, including differentials and brake conversions. Familiarity with HPTuners or willingness to learn and apply diagnostic tools. Ability to follow OSHA safety standards and maintain a safe working environment.

Job Responsibilities

Project Oversight: Manage the timeline, budget, and quality control of all classic car restoration projects, ensuring they meet Texoma Classics' high standards.
Team Management: Lead and manage a diverse team of skilled technicians, including mechanics, fabricators, and upholsterers, through tasks such as vehicle teardowns, custom fabrications, and interior restoration.
Leadership & Problem-Solving: Foster efficiency and ensure top-notch work quality through effective leadership and troubleshooting.
Client Communication: Regularly update clients on project progress, timelines, and any inquiries related to vehicle restoration.

Education Requirements

High School.

Experience Requirements

2 years management experience.
5+ years automotive experience.
