PURPOSE:
The Blending Team Member position is responsible for preparing blends according to formulations and procedures developed by the lab.
KEY OBJECTIVES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Ensure efficient execution of the Blend or Bulk fluids schedule
* Prepare blends according to formulations and procedures developed by the lab
* Responsible for the accuracy of all base oil and additive inventory
* Inventory count and reconciliation
* Coordinate with maintenance to ensure adequate time is allotted for scheduled maintenance and/or repairs
* Organize warehouse for cleanliness and safety at all times
* Maintain all safety standards, including wearing PPE as required
* Initiate corrective and preventative actions as needed
* Supports the strategic and operational direction of the business
* Additional duties as assigned
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Minimum of six months experience in a blending/packaging role
* Basic computer literacy
* Basic math skills
* Must be able to work any shift
* Must be able to pass pre-employment assessment
* Must be able to perform the essential functions of the job including physical lifting of up to 50 lbs.
PREFERRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCES:
* SAP experience
