The resources required for this project along with the necessary skills and experiences:

• Education – Bachelor's degree; (7-9) years of work experience.
• Senior level experience in application programming, application development methodologies, graphic design, functional design, and web coding.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, Visio, etc.).
• .Net programming (C#, VB.net) with a good understanding of frameworks.
• Knowledge in SOA, OOP, GIS, SharePoint, IIS.
• Experience with test tools – Microsoft VSTS, prototyping tool Axure.
