#x 9; Lead all plant functions including production, engineering, safety, quality, and operations to meet daily/monthly targets. Oversee and support safety initiatives, training, and compliance with safety protocols. Drive continuous improvement, working cross-functionally with engineering and quality teams. Manage staffing, scheduling, and capacity planning to meet build-to-order timelines. Ensure all manufactured products meet customer specifications in a custom fabrication setting. Maintain accurate budgets, forecasting, and cost controls with a strong focus on profitability (P&L accountability). Support HR with performance management, hiring, and employee development. Resolve quality alerts and implement corrective actions. Cultivate a collaborative relationship with supply chain, purchasing, and customers. Support capital improvement projects and long-term operational strategies.
