If you are an individual who values a rewarding career and would like your customers to be genuinely satisfied, you may be a match for our team.JOB SUMMARYThe Operations Manager bears the ultimate responsibility for safety, customer satisfaction, and employee engagement while upholding the ethical standards and reputation of the organization in the community.JOB DUTIESCompletes/reviews Daily Management Report (DMR)Recruit, hire, train, and supervise a team of skilled residential plumbing technicians.Directly supervises the Operations and Administrative Teams of the business and Sales Leadership to ensure all established goals (operations, sales, safety, customer satisfaction, etc.) are achievedConducts performance reviews with each direct report and assists direct reports by holding their team members accountable to performance, behavior, and attendance standardsPlaces regular phone calls to customers to discuss satisfactionReviews payroll reports ensuring hours and pay are correctInspects all field operations to ensure excellent serviceMonitor and control operational costs to maximize profitability.Foster a positive and productive work environment.Prepare reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to operations and financial performance.Conduct regular safety training and inspectionsDevelop and implement efficient operational procedures and workflows.Manage inventory levels and ensure adequate stock of parts and suppliesMIMIMUM REQUIREMENTSAdvanced Degree and/or 5+ years of successful home services experience with a track record of increasing responsibility with past employers in the same or similar industryStrong interpersonal written and verbal communication skillsLicensed Plumber preferredEach franchise location is independently owned and operated by a franchisee.
