General Manager Role Summary

The General Manager leads the individual branch, overseeing store activities to ensure safe, professional, and profitable operations. Responsible for meeting company objectives and policies.

• This is an in-person position at the specified location.
• Must be over 21 years old.

Principal Responsibilities

• Acquire and maintain customers
• Ensure compliance with all applicable laws
• Implement sales and marketing strategies
• Review financial statements and store reports
• Maintain merchandise availability
• Manage inventory and cash assets
• Achieve sales and revenue targets
• Develop marketing and growth plans
• Manage staff, including scheduling, performance evaluation, and discipline
• Ensure a safe, clean environment
• Recruit, hire, and train staff

Requirements

• Combination of education and experience; relevant qualifications include an Associate or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or management
• At least two years of retail or customer service experience

Physical Requirements

• Lifting, loading, and moving merchandise (50-300 pounds)
• Physical activity including stooping, bending, reaching
• Ability to work in various climates and conditions
