As A General Manager You Will

1. Lead and develop team members in accordance with the Club Car Wash standards of customer service, performance, and quality assurance.
2. Continuously train, support, and provide performance coaching for team members.
3. Work cross-functionally with other departments to promote sales, recruit/retain team members, and actively engage in training for continuous improvement.
4. Become well-versed in all aspects of maintenance, chemicals, and operations.

2. Ability to take initiative, multitask, and problem solve.
3. Ability to enjoy work while outside in varying weather conditions.
4. Able to stand on feet for long periods of time in a fast-paced environment.
