Position Overview: Chief Estimator

The Chief Estimator manages the estimating department's activities, including pre-bid meetings, preconstruction services, plan and specification reviews, project posting for bidding, quantity take-offs, summary top sheets, and coordinating estimate activities to ensure goals are achieved efficiently and within guidelines.

Responsibilities:

• Develops and implements team management plans, including training and supporting the estimating team.
• Prepares estimates, coordinates bidding activities, and manages plan and specification postings to ISQFT and/or Base Camp.
• Coordinates and solicits quotes from vendors and subcontractors.
• Reviews plans and specifications to establish complete scopes, identify conflicts, and ensure accurate estimates.

Schedule:

• Monday–Friday
  Some weekends may be required based on project needs
