Job Details

Shift / Hours: 3rd shift - Sunday through Thursday 11 pm to 7:30 am

Primary Duties and Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Maintains overall appearance of all common areas of the plant.
• Follows a routine cleaning schedule that periodically addresses non-routine cleaning items.
• Empties and disposes of trash containers from offices, restrooms, and other common areas.
• Painting activities including removing old finishes by repairing, sanding, and patching. Uses variety of hand tools, such as brushers, paint rollers, and sponges
• Assists in all aspects of facilities maintenance including periodic janitorial, sanitizing, and disinfecting activities.
• Performs any other duties as required by his lead or supervisor.
• Train helpers when required.

Education and Experience Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

Required Skills

• Highly motivated self-starter that can function for long periods with little or no supervision.
• Due to heavy customer contact, must have outgoing personality that can nurture relationships with everyone.
• Deliver on time and on target commitments for the team.

Work Environment:

Working conditions are normal for an office environment and non-climate controlled manufacturing facility and includes outside work year round.
