THE WORK

This is a full-time remote position to support the Multi-Mission Air Defense programs managed at our Syracuse, NY facility.

Responsibilities for this position include, but are not limited to:

• Developing compliant Integrated Program Schedules which accurately validate the flow, budget, and resources required to execute contractual scope and overarching program strategy.

• Provides the program with time-phased critical path predictive analysis and actionable planning data and develops recommended solutions to programmatic execution conflicts.

• Ensures all commitments are tracked, monitored and statused.

• Prepares/coordinates the development of planning artifacts for effective schedule performance management.

• Ensures vertical and horizontal integration, and cost/schedule integration between all schedules and other program artifacts.

• Devises modeling and measuring techniques to integrate risks and opportunities with schedule and cost baseline, and to perform schedule risk assessments.

Utilizes performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.

• Regularly contributes to the development of new concepts, techniques, and standards. Considered an emerging authority in field within the organization.

• Develops solutions to complex problems, ensure solutions are consistent with organization objectives.

Perform work without appreciable direction, ability to exercise considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

• Ability to lead, train, and mentor junior planners in support of multiple programs.

• To succeed in this position, you will effectively use your interpersonal skills to collaborate in a team environment, communicate effectively, influence behaviors and manage multiple deadlines.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience developing & maintaining network schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, and Schedule Risk Analysis

• Experience with Deltek tool suite; Open Plan and PM Compass

• Program Performance Management knowledge and experience, including Earned Value Management with EIA-748 requirements, cost and schedule integration, and schedule metrics reporting, IPMR/IPMDAR reporting

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, including attention to detail and the ability to present to all levels of management

• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to a fast-paced environment

Ability to Work Remotely: Full-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work remotely full time at a location other than a Lockheed Martin designated office/job site. Employees may travel to a Lockheed Martin office for periodic meetings.

Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California and New York is $109,200 - $189,290. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

This position is incentive plan eligible.

Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

This position is incentive plan eligible.
