Provide support to plant leadership, make sure new hire paperwork is completed in compliance with location, state, and federal laws, complete the form I-9 and verify identity of new hires, support payroll functions, document disciplinary and termination information in timely manner, document injuries reported and assist in investigations and act as liaison between corporate office and team members, run various reports for plant leadership and assist with distribution of company changes.
