Infosys is seeking an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Principal Consultant with strong leadership skills. The consultant will interact with process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyze processes, acting as an Oracle HCM Cloud Lead and advisor. The role requires translating business requirements into solution designs, communicating complex designs to stakeholders, and managing delivery in an on-shore/off-shore model, including automation opportunities.

Required Qualifications:

• At least 11+ years of relevant IT experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent; three years of experience may substitute each year of education
• Location flexibility in Richardson TX, Raleigh NC, Hartford CT, Indianapolis IN, or Phoenix AZ; willingness to relocate and travel for milestones
• Authorization to work in the US without sponsorship
• Experience in 2-3 Oracle HCM Cloud implementation projects
• Techno-functional or functional resource with HCM domain background
• Bachelor's in computer science or related field
• Minimum 8 years in SDLC
• At least 5 years in Oracle HCM Cloud implementation/support as a functional consultant
• Experience in implementing/configuring Core HR, Security, Compensation, Recruiting, Talent Management modules

Infosys seeks an Oracle HCM Cloud Principal Consultant with leadership skills, capable of stakeholder communication, solution design, and managing global delivery teams. The role involves extensive interaction with clients, configuration, troubleshooting, and supporting HR solutions.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 3+ years hands-on experience in Core HR, Recruitment, Talent Management
• Knowledge of Fast Formulas, Visual Builder Studio, HCM Data Loader, OTBI
• Expertise in solution design, POC, troubleshooting, and production support

The role may require sitting at a computer for extended periods and effective communication via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions.
