TMAG is a secure post-adjudication facility located in North Texas that provides comprehensive services to young women (10-17), using a trauma-informed, strength-based, gender responsive model. Through rigorous education, positive skill development, and individualized therapeutic interventions and treatment, we empower youth to reach their full potential. The facility features group, individual, and family therapy, on-site schooling, individual dorm rooms, and extracurricular opportunities for the young women. Pay: $25.00 hourly

What you will do: As the Staff Site Trainer you will work as a member of the site management team. You will primarily be responsible for overseeing all aspects of staff training and designated student training. In some instances, you may directly supervise other training staff. You would schedule, oversee and provide opportunities for required annual and continued staff training necessary for compliance with licensing regulations and Rite of Passage standards. As the Staff Site Trainer, you will oversee annual recertifications training, essential subjects and on-the-job training. You would need to be able to identify employees on a correction/improvement plan and provide the additional training necessary to ensure the employees successfully complete the improvement plan. You would also coordinate training requirements with all departments and provide training classes for employees on all shifts.

The Human Resources Assistant works as a staff member of the Human Resources team. Primarily responsible for providing administrative assistance to ensure that the department completes all areas of the Human Resource mission statement. Depending on the site, the Human Resources Assistant reports to the site Human Resources Manager.

To be considered you should: Be at least 21 years of age ~ Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, associate or bachelor's degree preferred ~ At least 4 years of related experience (preferably ROP experience) or bachelor's degree and one year of experience. ~ Must earn and hold instructor certifications in the following areas: CPR/ First Aid, PPC, Crisis Intervention Techniques, Suicide Prevention, Treatment Topics and Essential Subjects ~ Be able to pass a criminal background check, drug screen, physical, and TB test.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
