Responsibilities of the Senior Accountant: Oversee accounting operations across all business entities, ensuring accuracy and compliance. Manage cash flow, including forecasting and daily cash reconciliations. Process vendor payments and generate customer invoices in a timely manner. Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, ensuring data integrity. Implement and maintain internal controls to mitigate risk and enhance reporting accuracy. Develop and refine systems for financial data collection, analysis, and verification. Oversee or perform daily reconciliation of cash disbursements, accounts receivable, and accounts payable. Reconcile banking and credit card accounts on a monthly basis. Collaborate with accounting staff to ensure timely financial reporting. Prepare journal entries and balance sheet reconciliations as part of the month-end close process. Assist with audit and tax preparations, responding promptly to inquiries. Support financial forecasting by analyzing variances and recommending corrective actions. Monitor revenue and expenses, consolidate financial data, and produce specialized reports as needed. Qualifications of the Senior Accountant: Bachelors in Accounting/Finance or related Experience working for a company that has had a lot of change (think Private Equity firm) Comfortable in a face paced work environment Healthcare experience () INMAR2025 ZRCFS LI-KH1 LI-HYBRID
