Key Responsibilities as the Real Estate Acquisitions Manager:
Lead commercial lease negotiations, renewals, and amendments with a focus on cost savings and risk management.
Conduct detailed financial and legal lease reviews to ensure alignment with organizational policies and compliance requirements.
Identify, evaluate, and manage real estate acquisition opportunities, including due diligence, appraisals, and purchase agreements.
Maintain oversight of lease terms, contract obligations, and regulatory compliance across the property portfolio.
Partner with legal counsel to manage real estate transaction risks and execute agreements.
Prepare and present reports on leasing performance, market trends, and real estate strategies.
Collaborate with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure alignment between property initiatives and broader business goals.
Qualifications of the Real Estate Acquisitions Manager:
Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, or a related field
5+ years of experience in real estate operations, leasing, or property management
At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience
Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation is a plus
Real estate license or leasing certification preferred
Strong communication, negotiation, and cross-functional collaboration skills
