Project Manager - Glazing

Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee our glazing projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in commercial glazing, storefront installations, and curtain wall systems, with a strong ability to manage teams and communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage glazing projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate with architects, contractors, and clients to define project requirements and specifications.
• Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets, and monitor progress against these metrics.
• Oversee the procurement of materials and subcontractor management.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure adherence to safety standards and quality control measures.
• Resolve any issues or conflicts that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Prepare and present project updates to clients and senior management.

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management within the glazing industry.
• Strong knowledge of commercial glazing, storefront, and curtain wall systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
