We're seeking an experienced construction scheduler who will be integral to the success of our water and wastewater treatment projects by owning the scheduling function for our growing company. Responsibilities:

  • Perform Critical Path Method (CPM) schedule development, schedule analysis, and prepare schedule presentations using Primavera P6.
  • Develop, monitor, and update resource-loaded schedules.
  • Evaluate, perform resource analysis, perform critical path analysis, and prepare reports.
  • Develop standards/guidelines for pre-award, pre-construction and active project schedules in conjunction with Project Management.
  • Develop project/construction baseline CPM schedules in accordance with developed guidelines for approval by project teams.
  • Provide support, scheduling assistance and education to project team members.
  • Develop schedule templates for various types of projects.
  • Update project schedules with the project managers to include any scope changes on a weekly or as needed basis.
  • Assist in development and monitor and update any required integrations with the ERP or other financial tools for forecasting, budgeting and cost analysis.
  • Submit and present schedules and progress reports at project meetings.
  • Develop and maintain an effective quality control program to ensure services are performed in accordance with established standards.
  • Develop and implement procedures to identify, prevent, and ensure non-recurrence of defective services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management or related field from an accredited institution preferred, or equivalent years of experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience developing resource loaded CPM project schedules in P6 (Primavera).
  • Intermediate to advanced skills in Primavera P6.
  • Intermediate to advanced competency in schedule and cost control (preferred but not required).
  • Proven experience running reports in Primavera.
  • Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office Suite.

Location: Hybrid. Preferred location: Houston, TX; San Antonio, TX or Austin, TX. A fully remote work arrangement may be considered for the right candidate. 15-20 % travel will be required.

Base Salary: $90k-120k annually* *The provided base salary range is used nationally. The rate offered is compliant with federal/local regulations and may vary by experience, certification/education, market conditions, location, etc.
